I really hate group work

I am so unbelievably upset right now! A week ago Wednesday (so 10 days ago) we were given an assignment in one of my classes where we had to work in a group of four (bet you can see where this is going) to create a wildlife action plan based on a specific scenario that we were given, no 2 groups were the same but they all had about 5 parts to it. So we are supposed to collaborate and write a paper on this. Ok so my group discussed in a fair amount of detail what we were going to do and who was going to do which part. Then we said that we would try to meet up the next week to see what we had all come up with. Well the day we were supposed to meet we had an extended lab and by the time it was over I had completely forgotten about the meeting...apparently so did at least one other member of the group. Anyway, on Thursday I sent out an email apologizing for missing the meeting and that if anyone was available to meet Friday morning I was available (no one responded) but I also offered to be the one to put everything together. No myself and 1 other member of the group had shared our sections to see what everyone else thought but didn't get any feedback except from each other. So I tell everyone to get their stuff to me by Friday and I'll put it together and send it to everyone on Saturday for their review and then will have Sunday for any additional modifications.....I get an email from one of the silent members stating that she hasn't finished hers but that she will get it to me by Friday evening. I said that was fine since I'm typically up pretty late on Fridays....Friday comes and goes and I get nothing! So Saturday I send out ANOTHER email around noon asking for everyone's stuff....only person to respond was the person that had already shared their's wanting to know if they should change anything...told them no it was already really good. So around 7pm STILL NOTHING so I send out ANOTHER email. This time the other silent person comes on an hour later saying that he was just about to start it but that he was missing the page about what he was actually supposed to write about....ARE YOU FRACKING KIDDING ME!!! You've had the assignment for OVER a week!!! WTF!!!! So I gave him all the info and told everyone that they have until 5pm on Sunday to get their shit to me....and my professors wonder why I absolutely DETEST group work! FML!!!  Oh and it should be noted that all three of my "partners" are only taking 3 courses and I'm taking FIVE and still able to get my work done while commuting an hour each way AND working a part time job!!!.......sorry for the long rant...had to get this out so I could concentrate on my other homework.
